Who else touches your data
Stripe (payment processing) and WordPress.com / Automattic (site hosting and email delivery). Both are used only to run this site and deliver your purchase — not to sell your data onward.
Your rights
Unsubscribe from any email at any time using the link at the bottom of it. To request that we delete your information, email support@offtheminimum.com.

Refund policy
If a paid product isn’t what you needed, email support@offtheminimum.com within 7 days of purchase and we’ll issue a full refund, no questions asked.

We describe the real risks of debt settlement honestly and upfront, including credit score damage, potential lawsuits, and tax liability on forgiven debt. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific settlement outcome, timeline, or dollar amount — that depends on your creditors, your accounts, and your own follow-through.
